Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization code.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
